You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms, including our Instagram (@flashtattiez), X (@flashtattiez), and TikTok (@tattiez) accounts, as well as our website platform and email service provider. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This Section addresses your use of the Site only; liability relating to event or tattoo services is addressed in the separate booking arrangements and on-site waivers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tattiez Management LLC and its affiliates, owners, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
